Bi Weekly Challenge at Chocolate, Coffee and Cards #40

 

Hello Fellow Crafters,

First I want to say that I am so very sorry not blogging as much as I have been. Current situation at my work is causing me to just slow down a bit because I am working so many hours. So between working and taking care of my little boys am I one very tired mom and creative juices are not flowing very heavily.

Zuerst moechte ich mich mal bei Euch Allen entschuldigen, dass ich zur Zeit nicht viel blogging mache. Bei mir an der Arbeit und zu Hause ist nur so viel los, dass ich kaum Zeit habe irgendetwas anderes zu tuen. Und ich habe auch nicht viele kreative Inspirationen.

Today I have a post for you for my Design Team at Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Blog. Our sponsor is Delicous Doodles. We were given four images and I got to play with the Egyptian Queen.

Heute habe ich einen Post fuer mein Design Team bei Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Blog. Unser Sponsor is Delicious Doodles. Wir hatten vier Digi Stemple zur Auswahl und ich habe Egyptian Queen benutzt.

I have to confess that this has been my most challenging coloring project as of now. It has so many details and I was very nervous that I would not be able to do this image justice. At the end I have to say I do like the way it turned out.

Ich muss hier gestehen dass dieser Digi Stemple mir bis jetzt am schwersten zu bemalen war. Dieser Stemple hat so viele Details das ich ganz nervoes war ihn zu malen. Doch am ende bin ich ganz su frieden wie diese Karte aus sieht.

Here are the Copic colors that I used. Hier sind die Copic farben die ich benutzt habe:

Skin/ Haut: E21, E30, E25

Skirt/ Rock: B0000, B000, B02

Crown, Jewels/ Krone, Schmuck: R22, R24, R27, B21, B23, B24, Y35, Y38, E15

It is already time for another wonderful challenge at Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Challenges Blog! The time is passing by very fast and May is already half over... Our sponsor for this challenge is Robyn's Fetish. We were asked to add a number to our design.

  

Es ist schon wieder zwei Wochen her seit der letzten Challenge von Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Challenges Blog! Die Zeit geht so schnell vorbei. Der Mai ist ja auch schon halb vorbei... Fuer diese Woche ist Robyn's Fetish unser Sponsor. Unsere Aufgabe-  Zaheln in unserem Design zu benutzten!

And here is my creation... I loved the soft colors of the papers and just went with it. My inspiration for this card though came from the lace that I got a few weeks ago. As I am looking at the card and write about the steps that I took to create this, I realize that I used a lot of dies from a few different companies! I believe it is 5, hehehe

Und hier ist meine Kreation... Ich hatte mich sofort and diese Papiere verliebt mit diesen schoenen Farben. Aber meine Inspiration kam aber von dieser Spitze die ich vor ein par Wochen gekauft hatte. Jetzt wo ich hier sitze und mir die Karte anschaue um die Schritte meiner Kreation nach zuziehen und aufzuschreiben sehe ich das ich viele Stanzen von verschiedenen Firmen benutzt habe! Ich glaube es sind 5, hehehe

'Put A Ring on it' Bloghop

May is a popular month for weddings.  So we all used AT LEAST 2 circles on our project.
I am super excited to show all of you the project that I have created for this hop. Are you ready ....

 

I had so much fun with this challenge! I don't think I have every used that many circles on one project. Between the paper the die cuts and all the embellies there are 16 circles plus all the circles on the paper, hehehe. 

The inspiration for this card came from the paper that I picked up at Michael's. A few added pieces from my stash, a few new ones (metal circles and beads), and a few stamps from Whimsy Stamps. That is all it took... Here are some more detail pictures of this card.

Bi Weekly Challenge at Chocolate, Coffee and Cards #38

 

Hello Fellow Crafters,

I can not believe that two weeks have already passed... It has been very hectic in my house and not much time to craft. The little I had went to few projects that one I can share with you today and some will have to wait for a few days, hehehe. Without waiting any longer I want to share with you a card that is for Chocolate, Coffee and Cards Challenges! Our sponsor for this challenge is QKR Stampede. We were to create a card for Mom/ Mother's Day. The name of my digi image is Flower Bouquet.

Ich kann es kaum glauben das schon zwei Wochen wieder vorbei sind... Es war viel los bei mir zu Hause und ich habe kaum Zeit gehabt zu basteln. Das bisschen Zeit das ich hatte wurde fuer ein paar Projekte benutzt von welchen ich Euch eins heute zeigen werde. Die anderen werden in den naechsten Tagen auf meinem Blog zugesetzt, hehehe. Nun ohne lange warten zu muessen gibt es eine Karte fuer Choclate, Coffee and Cards Challenge! Unser Sponsor ist QKR Stampede. Unsere Aufgabe war es eine Karte fuer Mutter/ Muttertag zu basteln. Mein digi stemple heisst Flower Bouquet.

 

 For this card I tried a few new techniques as well as using some new products that I just gotten. 

Fuer diese Karte habe ich eine neue Technique benutzt und auch zwei meiner neuen Stanzen ausprobiert.

Alright, here to my new technique that I tried... 3D! Oh what fun this is! I printed my image twice. The first I completely colored up with my copic markers. The second image I colored specific pieces that I wanted to use to add for the 3D effect. Once they were colored I curled the edges a bit and then pop dotted them onto the image. I like the way it turned out...

Ok here sind die Bilder von der neuen Technique die ich ausprobiert habe...3D! Ich hatte soviel Spass and dieser Sache. Ich habe das Bild zweimal ausdedrucket. Das erste Bild habe ich ganz bemalt und das zweite Bild habe ich nur die Teile gemalt die ich auch verwenden wollte. Nachdem sie bemalt waren wurden sie dann ausgeschnitten und mit pop dots aufgeklept. Ich war ganz begeistert wie das Bild fertig geworden ist.

Background/Hintergrund: W00, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9 

Here are some pictures of some of the details from the card.  As always my biggest problem was to add the sentiment. I must have some sort of mental block that it is such a struggle for me to come up with how to add the sentiment, lol. New dies that I used are the heart shape for the sentiment by Nellie Snellen  Heart 2. Also the vellum was cut with a new die. Can't remember what manufacturer it was I threw away the wrapper :(

Hier sind noch ein paar Bilder von Details der Karte. Wie immer ist mein groesstes Problem den Spruch fuer die Karte einzuarbeiten. Ich muss wohl so einen Block im meinem Kopf haben da ich soviele Schwierigkeiten habe, lol. Neue Stanzen die ich  benutzt habe sind Nellie Snellen Heart 2 fuer das Sprichwort. Und das Vellum ist mit einer neuen Stanze feschnitten aber leider habe ich den Umschlag der Stanze vergeschmissen und weiss leider nicht mehr von welcher Firma es stammt. :(
